If you want to exchange for an alternative size or color:

Time frame for making the request

Please inform us within 7 working days after the date of delivery. We offer one exchange for size/color service.

Please provide your order number with photos within 7 working days after the date of delivery for further follow-up.

Return delivery fee

Customer is responsible for all the delivery fee associated from the exchange procedure.

We will be sponsible for  the delivery fee, the returning and resending (with our designated courier) once the request is approved.

Return procedure

Shipping method and address will be provided after your request. Please arrange the courier on your own within 7 working days and settle the related fees before sending (we will not take pay-by-recipient).

If your returned item is approved with our policy requirement, the exchange item will be shipped upon 7 working days.

If your request does not fulfill our requirement, we will revert your returned product and you will be responsible for all the related cost including delivery and tax fees.

We will look into your request and advise accordingly. Shipping method and address will be provided when exchange is necessary. You will need to arrange the courier within 7 working days on your own and settle the related fee in advance to proceed.

If your returned item is approved with our policy requirement, you will get a refund of the prepaid delivery charge and the exchange item will be shipping to your original address.

If your request does not fulfill our requirement, we will revert your returned product and you will be responsible for all the related cost, including delivery and tax fees.

Refund arrangement

No refund is available.

If the original order item is out of stock, a full refund including the delivery fee will be made (subject to the actual payment amount).

Please note that exchange or refund will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

1.         Non-quality related issues, including but not limited to small threads, raw edges, small pucker wave on fabric edges.

2.         Incomplete tags and packaging

3.         Product has been washed or used.

4.         Damages, flaws or stains caused after delivery.

5.         Product marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page when purchase

6.         Color difference varies from the resolution of display monitor

7.         Orders or purchases made out of our official website

Merryweather shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or costs caused by inaccurate info provided by costumer.

If there are  any disputes, Merryweather Company reserves the right of final decision.
